Rosie Cade

Rosie has over 15 years’ experience in UK corporate and real estate communications.

Her most recent position was head of communications at leading developer Argent, where she was responsible for strategic press relations, social media and issues management for the business and its largest project, London’s new creative neighbourhood, King’s Cross.

In the last three years she also led the communications strategy for sister business Argent Related and its two new developments with a combined pipeline of 8,000 homes and 4 million square feet of office, retail, leisure and institutional space.

Before Argent, she spent five years as head of Knight Frank‘s Residential Development PR team. Rosie is a founding member of the LDN Collective.

Nina Cadman

Nina is a corporate and financial communications specialist. She has over a decade of experience in advising companies from FTSE 100s to privately-owned emerging businesses across the real estate spectrum.

Prior to founding elizabeth, Nina led the development communications for Hammerson, one of the largest British retail REITs, where she was responsible for overseeing all corporate media and stakeholder engagement initiatives and crisis communications.

Nina has also worked at global communications agency FTI consulting. Part of its financial real estate team, Nina advised listed and private businesses, as well funds and asset managers including AXA Real Estate, The Carlyle Group, Helical Bar and Schroders.
